"Pretty good deal for the price"
I booked a hotel through barcelo.com and it turned out to be a solid value overall. I checked maybe 3 or 4 other sites first, and this one was a little cheaper, not a huge difference, but enough to make me book there. The whole booking process was simple and only took around 10 minutes.
The room and service were about what I expected for the price. Nothing luxury or over the top, but it was clean, comfortable, and did the job. My only small complaint is that some of the details about extras could have been clearer before checkout. Even so, I’d probably use it again.

i was disappointed. I booked through barcelo.com, but when we arrived the room didn’t feel clean at all. There was hair in the bathroom, the floor was dusty, and the sheets didn’t seem fresh. I mentioned it to reception, but not much really changed after that.

I stayed here for a couple of nights last week, and overall it was decent. The pool was definitely the highlight for me, especially after being out all day. The amenities were good, but when I went to use the gym in the morning, it felt small and a bit limited. The room was fine for the stay, just nothing really special

I canceled my booking and was a bit worried I might lose the money or have to chase it down. The refund didn’t show up right away, but after a few days it came through. Not instant, but it worked out in the end.

"Booking was fine, just a little confusing"
I booked a hotel through barcelo.com and, for the most part, it went okay. The reservation went through without any real issues, but a few steps were kind of unclear to me. The price seemed to change after I added some options, and I ended up checking the dates a couple of times just to be safe. I did get the confirmation email quickly, which was reassuring. Overall, it was okay, but I think the process could probably be a bit smoother.

"Honestly, the food was just really good"
I’m not even sure how to explain it, but the food was just great all week. The buffet always seemed fresh, there was a lot to pick from, and the dinner spots were really, really nice. The staff were on it too, especially with drinks, which made everything feel even better.

"I had a bad experience..."
I had a bad experience with Barcelo customer service. They took so long to get back to me, and when they finally did, it was like my message was not really read by anyone properly. I kept getting sent to different people and still didn’t get a straight answer, which was just very annoying. It was only a simple booking question, so it should not have been this hard. I don’t think I’d use them again...
